I'm certain this is deliberate, a begrudged underpaid media bum taking a personal stance against unnecessary esculation. Maybe it's a very clever comment about protecting Israel. Either way, priceless catch, well done.
I am on the other hand sure that is a foolish mistake by someone who is clue less about English and got a job in Iranian TV because his brotehr was somebody there or he knew someone.
