How often do studies tell you something you don't already know?
I don't see the report up at the site for the Institute for Science and International Security, but journalists must be reading it already.

Right.
How often studies tells us what we already think we know.
For example, how about sanctions prohibiting to sell refined oil to Iran combined with financial sanctions?
If there is a will there is a way, if there is no will.................
